Its lacking the main message. you did not include the proper procedure for training for the new store in Mexico. what’s the budget for training? who needs to be trained and on what? training on the store computer system, clock in system etc.
include the detail steps for training required and how it will be done on management and new employees hired so the readers can easily follow and understand the message intended.
